One person is dead and two are in custody following a shooting on Tinnel Lane in Loudon County last night. Deputies located the suspects’ vehicle on Martel Road and arrested two shortly after the initial call was received by Loudon County E-911. Those suspects are currently being held at the Loudon County Detention Center as this investigation continues. The names of the deceased and the suspects are being withheld at this time.

In an unrelated incident, Loudon County officers responded to an area off of I-75 to the discovery of human skeletal remains. Authorities will release more information as this investigation continues.
