The two children, ages 2 and 4, were picked up by their father Brian Crisp around 3 p.m. Friday.

Crisp is known to be violent and struggles with drug addiction.

He was last seen driving a green 2006 Chrysler Town & Country van with Tennessee tag  #1K2-0B6.
