A Oliver Springs man is facing multiple sex crime charges. Officers took 30-year-old Donte Reginald Waters into custody for four counts of aggravated statutory rape. Detectives started investigating Waters after receiving information regarding his alleged sexual involvement with an underage female. The evidence was presented to an Anderson County grand jury who indicted Waters. He was taken to the Anderson County Detention Facility and initially placed under $185,000 bond.
