Cumberland County deputies responded yesterday to a home on Old Baldwin Road to a possible breaking and entering in progress. Officers encountered 25-year-old Zachary Scott Walden of Crossville who told them that 25-year-old Anthony Dylan Goldberg of Rockwood was in a vehicle in the back yard. Officers located Goldberg in a thicket face down on the ground. A check revealed failure to appear in court warrants for both men. Goldberg was additionally charged with joyriding. Both were taken to the Cumberland County jail.
