ONE TRAFFIC STOP, FOUR ARRESTS IN ROCKWOOD SUNDAY MORNING
Rockwood police pulled over a car with four occupants at the Big E’s Market on Gateway early Sunday morning. According to the police report, the driver, 29-year-old Curtis Alexander Lloyd, and all three passengers were arrested and charged with manufacture, sale, delivery or possession of meth, simple possession or casual exchange, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lloyd was additionally charged with driving on a revoked or suspended license, and a light-law violation.
Twenty-three-year-old Shania Cassidy Newman was also charged on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
Twenty-seven-year-old David Lewis Hamby and 22-year-old Alexis Brynae Brackett were charged with tampering with or fabricating evidence. At intake, Brackett was later charged with introduction of contraband into a penal institution.
