This morning at around 6 a.m. a semi-truck carrying tomato sauce was reported by TDOT as having overturned on Eastbound Interstate 40 near mile marker 341.6.

Road crews are working to clear the road, but the eastbound left lane and shoulder were still blocked as of 8:50 a.m.

Motorists are advised to take caution and expect congestion and delays.
