UPDATE 3:

The TDOT Smart Ways Map has been updated with a diversion route for those traveling Northbound on I-75 to take Exit 76 State Route 324 Sugar Limb Rd.

The notification reads:

“Interstate 75 Northbound in Loudon – Diversion Route at EXIT 76: SR-324 / SUGAR LIMB RD reported at 10:13 AM 10/24/2024 (Central Time Zone). Northbound All Lanes Blocked, Shoulder Blocked, Left Shoulder Blocked.”

Northbound I-75 has been closed due to an overturned vehicle occurring at 9:40 a.m.

Those heading north on I-75 should consider a detour on Pond Creek Rd., and go through Philadelphia and up into Lenoir City, take Highway 321, and rejoin I-75.
