PARRISH RECEIVES JUST 10 YEARS IN PRISON FOR DOUBLE RECKLESS HOMICIDE IN KENTUCKY
Court officials say 29-year-old Christian Parrish of Burkesville, Kentucky was sentenced Thursday (Sept. 24, 2020) by the Cumberland County, Kentucky Circuit Court to 10 years in prison on two counts of reckless homicide and DUI. Authorities investigated the fatal collision May 25, 2019. Parrish was operating under the influence when he crossed the center line 6 miles east of Burkeville on Kentucky 90 striking another vehicle head on. A Burkesville couple, Bobby and Barbara Arms died in the wreck.
