PIKEVILLE OFFICER DELIVERS BABY GIRL EARLY THIS MORNING
At 3:38 AM on November 10, 2025, the Bledsoe County E-911 Center received a call about a woman in active labor, prompting Pikeville Police Officer Hailey Beaty to arrive on scene just five minutes later at 3:43 AM.
With remarkable calm, courage, and compassion, Officer Beaty collaborated with Communications Officer Toni Wilson to successfully deliver a healthy baby girl before EMS arrived.
Thanks to their quick actions and teamwork, both mother and newborn were safely transported to a nearby hospital and are reported to be doing well.
