PUTNAM COUNTY UNVEILS NEW 27-ACRE SUMMIT INDUSTRIAL PARK COMING TO MONTEREY
Putnam County Mayor Randy Porter announced the unveiling of Project Wildcat, a new 27-acre industrial development named The Summit Industrial Park, located on Highway 70 near Interstate 40 Exit 301 in Monterey. The park will offer flexible industrial buildings sized between 10,000 and 40,000 square feet to accommodate various business needs. Additionally, the site will serve as the new home for Stephens Seed and Supply, with Mayor Porter extending special thanks to Joe and Clint Stephens for initiating and bringing the project to Putnam County.
