RAIN AND STORMS TONIGHT

A tornado watch is in effect for the Nashville area until 10 p.m. this evening, the Cumberland Plateau is not included at this time but I will be monitoring the situation throughout the evening so stay tuned. Monday will be at least 15 degrees cooler with a high only in the low 50s and showers possible during the morning. Another rain system is coming for Tuesday night but we expect to get rid of the rain by Thursday and a dry weather pattern will set in through next weekend. We have a flash flood watch in effect through 6 a.m. Monday morning for a large area from Knoxville to Nashville and I will keep you updated this evening on any potential severe weather that we see developing to the West.
