RANDALL CROSS PLEADS GUILTY TO CIVIL RIGHTS INTIMIDATION
On April 16, 2026, 36-year-old Ty Randall Cross pleaded guilty in the Putnam County Criminal Court to Civil Rights Intimidation, a Class D felony.
The charge stemmed from an incident on January 4, 2026, during which Cross entered a local church and disrupted an ongoing service by threatening members of the congregation.
After being forced out of the building by church members, Cross was located and arrested by Putnam County Deputies.
The case was handled by Assistant District Attorney Evan Smith.
