Randel Ladd, age 70, of Harriman, is now in the presence of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He was born October 17, 1950, to Raymond and Ida Turpin Ladd. Randal was a talented auto body repairman. He repaired and painted cars for people all over Roane County for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Paul, Kenneth, Bobby, and Doug; sisters: Martha Lawson and Barbara Thomas; and five infant siblings.

Survivors include his wife of over 50 years: Brenda Clark Ladd; daughters: Angela Ladd and Alicia Hill; brother: Jackie Ladd (Betty); grandsons: Seth Hill (Megan Leffew Hill), Randel Craig Hill, and Devon Brown (Kiersten Wilson Brown); great-grandsons: Jaxon and Mason Hill and Greyson Brown; many nieces, nephews, and extended family members; and his favorite dirt track driver and nephew: Tim Ladd of Clinton.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Gary Wells and all the staff at Fresenius Medical Care in Midtown.

The family will receive friends Monday, July 5, 2021, from 2 until 4 p.m. eastern at Evans Mortuary in Rockwood. Funeral service will follow. Graveside and interment service will be held in the Emory Heights Cemetery in Harriman. Evans Mortuary is serving the family.
