Funeral Services for Raymond “Doc” Bowman, age 80, of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the F.A. Norrod Cemetery. Mr. Bowman was born on Friday, January 26, 1945, in Crawford, Tennessee, to the late Ezra and Pauline Clark Bowman. Mr. Bowman passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta. Mr. Bowman was a laborer. He is survived by, 1 daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Jonathan Mabe of Spencer, TN; 3 sons and a daughter-in-law, Steven Wilson of Sparta, TN, Christoper Wilson of Van Buren County, TN, Brandon and Kara Wilson of Sparta, TN; grandchildren, Tristan Wilson, Harley Bowman, Tyler Mabe, Brooklyn Mabe, Ayla Mabe, Raylee Hyder, Kash Hyder; great grandchildren, Mason Judkins, Malachi Judkins, and Jaxxon Wade; and sister, Brenda Bilbrey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Bowman; brothers and sisters, Luther Bowman, Newell Bowman, Ermine Wyley, Archie Bowman, Lura Jean Ramsey, and Dimple Johnson.
