RHEA COUNTY MAN ARRESTED ON DRUG CHARGES
The Rhea County Sheriff’s Department announced the arrest of Joseph Beyer on drug charges following a search warrant execution at 125 Foggy Mountain Lane in the Grandview community. Detectives seized methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and several firearms during the search. Beyer was charged with the following:
Possession of methamphetamine for resale
Possession of marijuana for resale
Maintaining a drug dwelling
Felon in possession of a weapon
Possessing a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony
Beyer was arrested on the charges above and transported to the Rhea County Jail.
