An Anderson County judge has sentenced 57-year-old Robert Earnest Riffey, Jr. of Clinton to 37 years in prison for second-degree murder.

Riffey gave fentanyl to a person who overdosed in March 2021.

Back in June, Riffey was found guilty of second-degree murder, possession of a Schedule II drug in a school zone and possession of drugs with intent to deliver in a school zone.
