Over the weekend, deputies were sent to the 1700 block of Sweetwater Road. There they encountered 20-year-old Tyler Logan Stringer, who stated he was on meth and had last used on Friday afternoon. He said he and a woman had been in an argument, but claimed it never turned physical, although he did break her phone because she was allegedly “always getting her mom involved in their personal relationship.”

Stringer consented to a search of his vehicle. Deputies found a bag with a glass pipe with residue inside it, a small amount of meth and a snort straw. Asked if the bag was his, Stringer said he forgot it was in the car or he would have told them about it.

Stringer was charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of meth and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
