While at a home on Westel Road Wednesday for possible drug activity, Cumberland County deputies stopped a driver in a pickup truck that left the scene. A consent search of the vehicle allegedly revealed a black box. The report states the driver, 34-year-old Joshua Edward Burgess of Harriman, told authorities a bag located inside the container contained heroin. Burgess was arrested for manufacture, sale and delivery of a controlled substance and manufacture, sale and delivery of meth.
