We’d like to congratulate RCSO Sgt. Gary Morse on his promotion to Lieutenant! Lt. Morse began his law enforcement career in 2001 and has faithfully served Roane County for 16 years! Before that, he served his country in the US Air Force. Lt. Morse exemplifies what it means to be a leader, public servant, and citizen.
