Memorial Services for Robert Twigg, age 80, of Crossville, TN, who passed away on August 17, 2021, will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 10:00 AM at the Chapel at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:00 to 10:00 AM . Survivors: wife – Lois Ann Twigg; daughter – Jill Ritter (Joe); son – Anthony Twigg (Tara); step-sons – Steven Harbaugh (Jean), and James Harbaugh; and brother – Donald Twigg (Polly); 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
