ROCKWOOD WOMAN CALLS AUTHORITIES ABOUT NEIGHBOR’S ROAMING DOGS
An elderly Rockwood woman contacted Cumberland County deputies earlier this week regarding her neighbor’s allowing dogs to roam at large. The incident report states the caller claimed “everyone in her family” had asked the neighbor to contain her animals, to keep them from harming their livestock. They say they’ve witnessed the dogs chasing their livestock.
Further, law enforcement has spoken to the woman in the past about her roaming dogs, which, according to the report, damage the fence to access the neighbors’ field.
The caller said she’s setting a large “live trap” for the dogs.
The caller’s daughter has video of the dogs on their property, as well as of the dogs’ owner becoming confrontational after being warned.
