Sarah Elizabeth Wood, age 72, of Crossville, passed away January 26, 2020. Sarah loved crocheting and cooking. She is survived by her husband: Richard M. Wood; children: Kevin Wood (Kim), Robert Wood (Shelley), and Denise Baker (Michael); grandchildren: Chelsea, Taylor, Madison, Dalton, Marian, Levi, and James; brothers: Kenneth and Johnny Burdett; and sister: Bertha Mae Shockley. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 5 to 8 p.m. central at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home. The family will also receive friends Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from noon until 2 p.m. at Lonewood Baptist Church in Spencer, Tennessee with funeral services to follow. She will be laid to rest in Akins Cemetery.
