BREAKING NEWS – Rhea County Sheriff Mike Neal says deputies are currently working an accident on Highway 68 in Spring City involving a school bus. There are only minor injuries and school system officials and law enforcement are working together to ensure everyone is safe and accounted for. Motorists are asked to avoid the Highway 68 and Cemetery Road area at this time. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is working the crash investigation and more information will be released at a later time.
