Scott County law enforcement says a grandmother is charged with stealing a present from her grandchild. Authorities say Amy Best took the wrapped gift, a Nintendo Switch, from under a Christmas tree. It was later found at a pawn shop. Best was arrested for theft under $1,000. The investigation continued because deputies say other items may have been missing.
