WVLT reports that a Scott County man named Martin Robbins was arrested after throwing a Molotov cocktail at a propane tank outside a Walmart, as confirmed by Oneida Police Department Chief Darryl Laxton. The incident occurred on Monday morning, and security footage captured Robbins throwing a lit rag stuffed in a bottle at the propane dispenser.

Police identified and apprehended him at his home. Robbins faces charges of attempted aggravated arson, reckless endangerment, and terrorism.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is also examining the case.

No injuries were reported.
