The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office continues to search for a missing man. Authorities say 37-year-old William Douglass Kilgore of Oakdale was last seen January 3, 2021. Kilgore is a Caucasian male standing 5′ 10″ and weighs around 185 pounds. He has blue eyes and blonde/strawberry hair. If you have seen him, call 911 and report his position.
