Sherle Lynn Denny, age 73, of Crossville, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, January 31, 2026. She was born September 16, 1952, in Charlevoix, Michigan, to Earl and Katherine Denny.

Sherle loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing whenever she had the chance to get away. She also took pride in painting home interiors and making spaces feel warm and welcoming. Sherle had a deep love for animals—especially her cats and dogs. Above all, her family will remember her generous heart. She was a helper by nature and always gave to others, often putting their needs before her own.

Sherle is survived by her beloved daughter, Kristine Kagarise, of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan; her grandchildren, Andrew, Scott Jr., and Rachelle, all of Sault Ste. Marie; and her great-grandchildren, Braxton, Nevaeh, Brantley, Amira, Zoey, Janie Rae, and Dani Jo. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Larry Brock of Crossville, Tennessee; her brother, Gordon Denny of Ellsworth, Michigan; and her sister-in-law, Gail Denny of Ellsworth, Michigan.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Katherine Denny, and her brothers, Clayton and Richard Denny.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
