Skeletal remains found by authorities during a search for tornado survivors in Putnam County back in March have now been identified. Officers say the remains are 34-year-old Brian Matthew Keserich from Kentucky. He is believed to have been homeless and staying in a tent in a wooded area near Miller Road. The death remains under investigation however no foul play is suspected.
