Well we have three exciting things to talk about this afternoon and this evening. Number one… We get to enjoy Sunshine for your weekend with highs 50 to 55 degrees, a good weekend to be out and about with the most sunshine on Saturday. Number two… Rain will move back into the area late Sunday night and continue off and on Monday and Tuesday with over an inch of additional rainfall expected. Number three… I think we may see snow again starting late Wednesday and Wednesday night with another cold front coming through and the models are indicating that the moisture and cold air may get together and bring at least light accumulation so we will be watching closely. From now through the spring is the most exciting time to be a meteorologist in Tennessee as just about anything can happen this time of year. In the past month in Cumberland County alone there has been over 10 inches of rain and from 4 to 6 inches of snow but at least we are getting to enjoy some sunshine for a couple of days now.
