Celebration of Life Services for Susan Clark, age 69, of Monterey, Tennessee, will be conducted on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM from The Chapel of Goff Funeral Home with Nurses Honors provided by the Tennessee Nurses Honor Guard. Rev. Greg Jenkins and Rev. Mike Kirby will officiate. Ms. Clark was born on Tuesday, October 23, 1956, in Monterey, Tennessee, to the late Cullom Eugene and Irma Lois Matheney Reagan. Ms. Clark passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at her home. Susan was a LPN Nurse working previously with Standing Stone Care and Rehabilitation Center, Home Health, Cookeville Regional Medical Center, and Perdue Wellness Center. She gave her heart to caregiving, earning the love and respect of family and coworkers always being trusted for her opinion of a health situation. She was lovingly known as Granny Susan to her grandchildren and great grandchildren, who were the loves of her life. She loved collecting quilts, enjoyed talking, and never met a stranger. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lori Beth and Josh Sparks of Cookeville, TN; son and daughter-in-law, Ike and Paula Walker of Monterey, TN; grandchildren, Molly Sue Sparks, Adam Sparks, Isaiah (Amelia) Walker, Faith (Jordan) Stephens, and Alyssa Walker; great grandchildren, Ainsley Walker, Daniel Walker, Arya Stephens and Jace Stephens; sister, Janet Raines of Monterey, TN; brothers, Randy (Sarah) Reagan of Knoxville, TN, Joel Reagan of Dickson, TN; nieces and nephews, Kristen Raines, Rusty Raines, Jerry Raines, Cody Reagan, Casey Reagan, Logan Reagan, and Neyland Reagan; special friend and caregiver, Priscilla Devereux of Algood, TN. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Cecil Raines. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be given to the funeral home.
