The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old Kheir Matut for a string of auto burglaries in one night in Bradley County.

Officers say the investigation began December 4, 2023, when deputies responded to nine different auto burglaries in northern Bradley County.

Detectives identified Matut as the suspect.

Matut was apprehended days later by the Chattanooga Police Department. He was taken to the Bradley County Jail.

He is charged with theft over $10,000, theft of a firearm, and nine counts of auto burglary.
