“NOT A SCAM ALERT” – We’ve heard some property owners in East TN are concerned about a form they may have received. This is not a scam. TDOT wants to speak with property owners along certain damaged routes as part of the rebuilding process. We may need permission to be on your property as crews repair or rebuild roads. Think: parking a dump truck while a paving crew works.
