The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says a 7-year-old at the center of an Amber Alert has been found safe.

TBI said Iris Crum was last seen on March 1, 2024, in the Blue Fox Trail area in Murfreesboro.

Authorities said she was with her non-custodial mother, Khaila Czereda.

The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office said Crum was found safe today (Sunday, March 10, 2024) in League City, Texas.

Khaila Czerda was wanted for felony child abduction out of California and custodial interference in Tennessee. She took Crum sparking the Amber Alert in Tennessee. Czerda is now in custody.

Her husband, 33-year-old Ethan Czereda, was charged with felony aggravated kidnapping, accessory after the fact, and false report/information to officers.
