TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS EMPLOYEE ARRESTED IN MORGAN COUNTY
An arrest was made after an internal investigation into a scheme to introduce contraband into the Morgan County Correctional Complex. After being questioned by agents, Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) employee Kevin Wilson reportedly admitted to bringing in multiple packages containing cell phones and drugs. Wilson was taken into custody by the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department and charged with possession, manufacture, and sale of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and introducing contraband into a penal institution. Wilson’s employment with TDOC was terminated.
