Terry Arnold 71, of Chattanooga, formerly of Spring City and Decatur, AL passed away Friday, June 26, 2026 in Chattanooga.

He was born in Rockwood, Tennessee, May 25, 1955 to the late Kenneth and Etta Lou Hammon Arnold. Terry is a graduate of Spring City High School, “Class of 1973”. He attended Belmont University and is a graduate of Vol State Community College, “Class of 1980” and Liberty University Online Program. Terry owned and operated Terry Arnold Media and with his deep, resonating voice; was a popular announcer for local radio stations.  He loved his family and Tennessee football.

Terry is also preceded in death by his wife Deanna Arnold and his brother Jerry Arnold.

Survivors include stepson David (Kristin) Prause of Decatur, Alabama; his brother Kevin (Anita) Arnold, his sisters, Karen (Keith) Hawkins and Karla (Brock) Gibbons and his uncle Dr. Mat (Beverly) Hammon of Hixson, Tennessee.

A celebration of life will be Saturday, July 18, 2026 at 11am in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home. His cremains will be interred in the family plot in Spring City Cemetery, next to his beloved brother Jerry.
