THREE INDICTED FOR THEFT FROM MONROE CO. 4-H CLAY TARGET PROGRAM

Three in Monroe County stand accused of stealing funds from a youth clay target program. TBI agents investigated the theft of approximately $30,000, over several years, from the Monroe County 4-H Scholastic Clay Target Program. The investigation resulted in a grand jury indictment for 60-year-old Mary Ellen Sellin, 58-year-old Timothy Scott Sellin and 71-year-old Tony Aram Millsaps. Mary Ellen Sellin handled funds for the organization, while Timothy Sellin and Millsaps served as coaches for the program. Each face one count of theft over $10,000. The Sellins turned themselves in at the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Monday. Millsaps surrendered yesterday.
