Funeral services for Timothy Picard Sr., age 56, of Smithville, will be held Saturday, July 4, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 until 11 a.m. Survivors include sons: T.J. Picard (Heather), Patrick Picard (Murphy Stiles), and Jon Picard; daughters: Jessica Osborne, Sarah Picard, Maggie Picard, and Tabitha Picard; brother: Tom Picard; sisters: Cheryl Daigneault, Karen Carlson, Kathy Morales, Linda Mosie, and Sandy Trentini; and grandchildren: Carson, Khelinah, Mako, J.J, Johnny, Lincoln, Layden, Braxton, Aubrey, Kynsley, Brayden, Rhealyn, Weston, and Mayleigh.
