TINCH AND COOPER SENTENCED TO PRISON FOR DRUG OFFENSES

Fentress County Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton sentenced 29-year-old Justin Paul Tinch of Jamestown, Tennessee to serve 8 years in prison for possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of a Schedule III controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Sexton also gave 42-year-old Patrick Lynn Cooper of Jamestown 12 years in prison for possession of meth over .5 grams with intent to sell, possession of meth over .5 grams with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of meth over .5 grams, and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
