The McMinn County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of two elderly people at a home on County Road 203. Authorities say the man was the caregiver for the woman, who was bed-bound in a chair. Officers think the man passed away leaving the female with no way to get to a phone because of her immobility. The woman later passed away.
