TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARRESTED AND INDICTED FOR FELONY MURDER FOLLOWING 7-YEAR-OLD’S DROWNING IN BRADLEY COUNTY

Two family members have been arrested and indicted following a two-month investigation into the July 13 drowning death of a 7-year-old child in southeastern Bradley County.
Jean Marie Kell, 68, and Dennis Ray Page, 40, both residents of Old Fort, Tennessee, were each indicted by a Bradley County Grand Jury on charges of Felony Murder and Aggravated Child Abuse or Neglect. According to the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, both suspects were related to the victim and entrusted with the child’s care at the time of the incident.
