An investigation by the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office into allegations of aggravated sexual battery and assault allegedly committed by Bayless Eugene Sullivan Jr has resulted in an indictment by a Van Buren County Grand Jury.

Sullivan is currently being held on a $60,000 bond and is awaiting his appearance in Van Buren Circuit Court.
