VANDERBILT DOCTOR ARRESTED ON 15 COUNTS OF CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
Multiple outlets have reported that Dr. Kevin J. Preece, an anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesiology at Vanderbilt Medical Center, was arrested early Thursday by Sumner County Sheriff’s detectives in Goodlettsville, Tennessee.
The arrest came after authorities executed a search warrant at his home as part of an investigation into child sexual exploitation. He faces 15 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and is currently being held in the Sumner County Jail on a $1.15 million bond.
The investigation is ongoing, and officials have not released any additional details at this time.
