A vehicle accident on Rankin Chapel Road in Morgan County yesterday claimed a life. Troopers say a 2000 Toyota Celica driven by 61-year-old Terry Collins of Oakdale was traveling north when he ran off the right side of the asphalt. Collins over corrected and lost control, then regained traction crossing back over and off the left side of the road. The vehicle impacted a tree, went airborne and overturned. Collins, who was not restrained, was ejected through the sunroof and died of injuries sustained.
