The victim from the shooting that occurred at Harb’s Market on Burnside Street on Friday night has been identified as Erresse King Jr., 33 of Knoxville, Tennessee.

Violent Crimes Unit investigators have identified the suspect as Christopher David Price, 36 of Knoxville, and a warrant has been issued charging Price with first degree murder. At this time, Price is not in custody and efforts to locate him are ongoing. Price, who should be considered armed and dangerous, could be driving a black 2017 Mercedes Benz C300 with a California tag.
