Mrs. Vivian (Norris) Perkins of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away Monday, November 07, 2022, at The Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky, having attained the age of 84 years, 5 months & 30 days. She was born in Morgantown, Butler County, Kentucky on Sunday, May 08, 1938, the daughter of Ben and Polly (Capps) Norris. She was a Christian lady and a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Lee Roy Finley, stepson, Michael Perkins, sisters, Barbara Perkins, and Bennie Young, and brother, Buddy Norris.

She is survived by her husband, Glen Perkins of Burkesville, Kentucky, whom she wed in November of 1992, children, Teresa (& Chuck) Manning of Summer Shade, Kentucky, Ricky (& Brenda) Finley of Indianapolis, Indiana, step-son, Doug (& Pauline) Perkins of Summer Shade, Kentucky, grandchildren, Jason (& Emily) Manning, Aaron Manning, Adam Mudd, Nathan Manning, Terri (& Johnny) Teague, Heather Johnson, Chad (& Brittany) Pedigo, Anna (& Dave) Hill, Michael A. (& Haley) Perkins, several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, along with numerous other family members and friends.

The Funeral Service will be conducted on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. in The Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville with Bro. Jeff Flowers officiating. Burial will be in the Union #2 Cemetery in Barren County, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 10, 2022, after 3:00 p.m. until the funeral hour on Friday at the funeral home. Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville is honored to be in charge of the arrangements.
