A Warren County man was arrested yesterday after reportedly leaving the scene of a crash that killed a woman in her front yard. The Tennessee Highway Patrol confirms 49-year-old Gary Driver is charged with criminal homicide. Troopers say 71-year-old Mildred Herrin was weed-eating property on a bank along Swan Mill Road when Driver’s pick-up truck left the roadway and stuck Herrin, killing her. Driver fled the scene, but was later located and arrested. He was taken to and processed into the Warren County jail.
