William “Bill” Frann Harper, 73 of Cookeville, Tennessee passed from this life on Monday, September 30, 2024, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Bill was born Thursday, June 21, 1951, in Cookeville, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Bruce Harper and the late Bonnie (Raymer) Bryant.

Bill was a loving son, brother, husband, father, Pa, uncle, and friend. He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Campaign. He was a Tool and Die Maker at Fleetguard for 30-plus years. He was loved by those who knew him and he will be greatly missed.

Bill is survived by his son, Billy Harper; 3 Grandchildren, Dane, Zoey, and Jax Harper; Sister, Sandra Uphold and her husband, Brad; Special Friend, Anna Cyphers; Sister-In-Law, Eris Bryant; A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Harper; Brother, Carson Bryant; and Step-Father, Fred Bryant.

Funeral Service for Bill Harper will be held Friday, October 4, 2024, at 12:00 pm from the chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home Interment will follow at the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again, Friday, October 4, 2024, from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at Crest Lawn Funeral Home.
