The National Weather Service in Morristown has upgraded the Wind Chill Watch for Morgan, Rhea, Meigs, Monroe, Roane, Loudon, Bledsoe, Anderson, and McMinn Counties to a Wind Chill Warning; from early Friday morning until Saturday afternoon.

Dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills 10 to 20 below zero lower elevations, and as low as 25 to 35 below zero at the higher elevations. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
