OAK RIDGE, TN- A woman is wanted after stealing tons of personal property from residents.

45-year-old Rachel Rigdon Glenn is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes. She is approximately 5’8″ and 204 lbs. Rachel Glenn is wanted for 19 active warrants (3 different agencies).

Rachel Glenn went door-to-door stating that she would clean homes for free. Individuals would allow her into the residence and while there “cleaning” she would steal personal property. She stole wallets, credit cards, debit cards, etc., and transferred funds out of the victim’s accounts.

Rachel Glen is known to frequent Roane Co, Anderson Co, and Knox Co areas. Her last known address was Latimer RD, Oak Ridge. She has had prior addresses of Maryville CIR, Van Hicks PL, and E Tennessee AVE.

Glenn has had several hair colors over the years, as well as piercings and tattoos. She has one on the inside of her left ear and one on the right side of her neck, it may wrap around to the back. (2021 photo attached).
