Roane County, TN- On Thursday around 6 PM, a passerby noticed a car that had run off the roadway at River Road near the entrance of the Indian Shores area. Authorities responded and found a 23-year-old female who ended up being flown out by life star for serious injuries. It is unknown exactly how long the female had been in the vehicle or if anyone else was involved.
